Privacy and personal data protection policy

This Privacy Policy describes how ИП «DEKODA» (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator” or “we”) processes and protects the personal data of users of the “КьюВи (QueryWise)” service (qw.kz) in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Personal Data and Their Protection”.

1. What data we process

1.1. Account data: email address, name (if provided), login identifiers through Google or Telegram.

1.2. Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, cookies, data on the use of the Service.

1.3. Content of requests: texts of questions and attached files that you submit to the Service, as well as the generated responses.

1.4. Payment data: the fact and amount of payments. We do not collect or store bank card data — it is processed by the payment organization (acquirer).

2. Transfer of Requests to Third-Party Neural Networks

2.1. To generate a response, the texts of your questions and attached materials are transferred to third-party neural networks (AI models), including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI and other model providers whose servers may be located outside the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2.2. The transfer is carried out in API mode with a prohibition on retaining requests: the Service specifies to model providers a mode under which requests are not retained on their side and are not used for further training of models. Data processing by providers is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

2.3. Your questions and materials are not transferred to other third parties: we do not sell personal data or use it for advertising purposes. The exception is cases expressly provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan (for example, at the request of authorised state bodies).

2.4. The transfer to model providers constitutes a cross-border transfer of personal data and is carried out with your consent, which you give upon registering with the Service. Do not enter into the Service information that you are not prepared to transfer to model providers, or the personal data of other people without lawful grounds.

3. Purposes of Processing

3.1. Provision of the Service's operation and generation of responses; account management and authorization; processing of payments; user support; ensuring security and preventing abuse; compliance with legal requirements; improvement of the quality of the Service in an anonymized form.

4. Legal Grounds and Consent

4.1. Processing is carried out on the basis of your consent (given upon registration and use of the Service), as well as for the performance of the agreement (Offer) and legal requirements.

5. Payments

5.1. Payments are accepted by the payment organisation (ТОО «Interpay»). Card details are entered on the acquirer’s secure side in compliance with the PCI DSS security standard. We receive only information about the payment result.

6. Storage and Protection

6.1. Data is stored for as long as necessary for the specified purposes and to comply with legal requirements. We apply organizational and technical measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, and dissemination.

7. Cookies

7.1. The Service uses cookies and similar technologies for authorization, saving settings, and analytics. You may restrict the use of cookies in your browser settings; some functions may not work correctly as a result.

8. Your Rights

8.1. You have the right to request access to your personal data, its clarification, blocking or deletion, as well as to withdraw your consent to processing by sending a request to support@qw.kz. Withdrawal of consent may make further use of the Service impossible.

9. Changes

9.1. We may update this Policy by publishing a new version on this page, indicating the date.
